I’m Elizabeth Murphy. I’ve overcome personal struggles with low self-confidence, negative body image, and eating disorders. My transformation and mindset shifts came through learning how to nurture my body.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Coach who helps people transform from the inside out.

I’ve mastered many areas of health and personal development. My training includes becoming NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Kane School Pilates Mat Certified Instructor, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Onnit Foundations Certified Trainer, Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, and ACE Certified Small Group Trainer. I never stop learning.

My mission is to educate and empower women with the knowledge they need to make the best choices to achieve the results they want. All while having fun.

How can this help me?

Having personalized support when you’re doing any kind of training program is a great way to take your health and fitness to the next level.

How does it work?

You’ll have weekly workouts via Trainerize App that you can do on your own time and/or we can train in-person. You’ll have weekly calls with Liz to get the support you need to stick with it. After your calls, you’ll receive information via email to educate and empower you.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. All workouts can be done using your own body weight. I plan around what you have access to.

Is this guaranteed to work?

Yes! If you do the work, you’ll see results in 90 days. All you have to do is keep your commitment to the workouts and meal planning. I believe in you!

How is the content delivered?

New lessons are delivered each week via email. After your coaching call with Liz, she’ll email you PDFs, videos, and resources to support you.
